L61系列臥式內(nèi)拉床用途和特點
本系列機床為臥式內(nèi)拉床，用于拉削各種幾何形狀的內(nèi)孔表面（如圓孔、花鍵孔等），生產(chǎn)效率高，適用于大批量生產(chǎn)。通過更換夾刀體及工裝，尤其適合加工鍵槽。
●采用液壓式傳動，工作平穩(wěn)，能無級調(diào)速。
●有超負荷保險裝置。
●機床具有自動循環(huán)功能和點動調(diào)整功能。
●所有操作在按鈕站上完成，方便可靠。
●適用于加工精度要求較低的工件。
Applications and Advantages
This horizontal internal broaching machine is designed to broach the surface of inner holes with various shapes (e.g. round holes and internal splines). The machine is suitable for large batch production with high production efficiency. It is particularly suitable for machining keyways by changing cutter fixtures and tooling.
