臥式連續(xù)拉床采用臥式連續(xù)拉削加工方式，人工上料，自動落料，上下工件過程中無需停機，適用于大批量中小零件加工。夾具安裝于鏈條上，工件固定在夾具上隨鏈條作循環(huán)運動，拉刀固定在機床上。工件的夾緊松開由機床的機械機構實現。單臺機床中可裝夾多套夾具，通過更換夾具、拉刀、調整拉削速度實現多品種切換。

●機床拉削速度無級可調，觸摸屏上可實時顯示拉削速度。

●電機可正反轉，在緊急情況下可讓電機反轉。

●夾具安裝在鏈條上，采用楔塊夾緊及松開，切換品種時可無須更換夾具。

●機床采用觸摸屏和PLC控制。機床有防錯機構、計數機構，觸模屏上可設定拉削次數，一個計數周期完成時提示更換拉刀。上料區(qū)配置安全光幕，防止操作者發(fā)生意外。

●該機床生產效率高，連續(xù)拉削，適用大批量生產。

         Adopting continuous broaching method, this horizontal continuous broaching machine supports manual workpiece loading and automatic workpiece unloading without downtime. It is suitable for the mass production of small and medium-size parts. Workpieces can be fixed in the fixtures mounted on chain and they will circulate along the chain while broaching tool is fixed in the machine body. Workpieces can be clamped and unclamped through a mechanical unit. One set of machine allows to mount multiple fixtures. The exchange of different types of parts can be realized by changing fixtures, broaching tools and work speed.
