L57系列上拉式拉床用途和特點(diǎn)
本系列機(jī)床為單油缸上拉式立式內(nèi)拉床，用于拉削各種形狀的內(nèi)孔表面（如圓孔、內(nèi)花鍵、內(nèi)齒等），生產(chǎn)效率高，適用于大批量生產(chǎn)。
●采用液壓傳動(dòng)，工作平穩(wěn)，能無級(jí)調(diào)速。
●具有超負(fù)荷保險(xiǎn)裝置。
●具有自動(dòng)循環(huán)功能、分段循環(huán)及點(diǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)整功能。
●由PLC程序控制，所有操作在總按鈕站上完成，方便可靠。
●具有自動(dòng)沖屑、自動(dòng)調(diào)刀、自動(dòng)推料等功能
●占地面積小，地面安裝方式，無需挖地坑或搭建站架，適用于自動(dòng)化連線加工。
●適宜加工精度要求較高的中小工件。
Applications and Advantages
This vertical internal broaching machine is designed with single oil cylinder and lifting worktable. It can be used to broach the inner surface of holes with various shapes (e.g. round holes, internal splines and inner gears). The machine is suitable for large batch production with high production efficiency.
