用途和特點(diǎn) 

L31系列外榫槽拉床主要用于大型渦輪盤榫槽加工，機(jī)床采用液壓傳動(dòng)，工作平穩(wěn)，能無極調(diào)速。帶自動(dòng)讓刀機(jī)構(gòu)。具有自動(dòng)循環(huán)、半自動(dòng)循環(huán)、分段循環(huán)和手動(dòng)操作四種工作狀態(tài)。手動(dòng)狀態(tài)下對(duì)主溜板的工作和返回以及各單步動(dòng)作均可進(jìn)行單獨(dú)操作。
    機(jī)床采用大跨度拉削力設(shè)計(jì)，適用拉削力從250KN到1000KN，拉削零件品種廣，根據(jù)不同的零件來選擇機(jī)床的液壓運(yùn)行方式。機(jī)床采用PLC加控制模塊組成CNC控制方式。具有手動(dòng)及自動(dòng)的工作方式，操作方便。采用數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制顯示、計(jì)數(shù)、報(bào)警、位移及故障診斷。機(jī)床的運(yùn)行速度：在顯示屏上，輸入需要的速度數(shù)值，機(jī)床即可按給定的速度運(yùn)行。機(jī)床的運(yùn)行行程：在顯示屏上，輸入對(duì)應(yīng)的行程位置，無需移動(dòng)傳感器。
    該機(jī)型采用全閉環(huán)數(shù)控分度方式，該分度方式既能進(jìn)行連續(xù)分度且旋轉(zhuǎn)精度可進(jìn)行反饋調(diào)節(jié)，分度盤內(nèi)有夾緊裝置，能定位且可抵抗較高的傾覆力矩。船臺(tái)導(dǎo)軌采用弧形燕尾槽導(dǎo)軌，船臺(tái)采用全閉環(huán)位置控制使機(jī)床達(dá)到高精度。

Applications and Advantages

L31 turbine disc surface broaching machine is specially designed to machine the mortise in large-size turbine disc. This machine features hydraulic drive, stable performance, stepless speed adjustment and automatic cutter relieving unit. It has four work modes: automatic cycle, semi-automatic cycle, segmented cycle and manual operation. Under manual operation mode, each single action can be operated individually, such as the working and returning of main slide carriage.

The machine is designed with large span broaching forces from 250 - 3000 KN, which allow it broach a wide variety of parts as the operation modes of hydraulic system can be selected according to different parts. The CNC system consists of PLC and control module. The machine is convenient in operation as it can be operated automatically and manually. CNC system is employed to realize functions like control, display, count, alarm, displacement data reading and fault diagnosis. Machine work speed setting: input the value of speed on display screen and machine will work at the given speed. Machine stroke length setting: input the position coordinate of stroke length on display screen without moving sensors.

    This type of machine adopts a full closed-loop CNC indexing method which can realize continuous indexing and make rotary precision be adjustable. The clamping device mounted in index plate can realize position and resist overturning moment. The machine bed adopts arc-shaped dovetail groove guide rail and full closed-loop position control, providing the machine with high precision.
