MK1320數(shù)控外圓磨床

1、采用FANUC-0i數(shù)控系統(tǒng)或華中數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。

2、砂輪架主軸系統(tǒng)可選用采用進口高精度主軸軸承（FAG）的主軸也可選用采用具有我公司自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的液體動靜*承主軸（

2011 2 0025461.6）。

The grinding wheel spindle system can choose the spindle with imported high-precision spindle bearings （FAG） and can also choose the

liquid hybrid bearing spindle with independent inlectual property rights of our company （Patent No.: ZL 201120025461.6）.

3、頭架：頭架采用交流變頻電機驅(qū)動，撥盤轉(zhuǎn)速為5—500rpm，交流變頻器由數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制，能在磨削過程中根據(jù)磨削工藝自動變換轉(zhuǎn)速。

Headstock: the headstock is driven by AC frequency conversion motor, the dial rotating speed is 5 - 500rpm, the AC frequency converter

is controlled by CNC system, the rotating speed can be automaticly changed in the grinding process according to the grinding process.

4、尾架：尾架主軸采用高精度密集滾珠軸承支承。

Taistockl: the tailstock spindle is equipped with the high precision condensed linear ball bearings.

5、砂輪修整器：安裝在頭架或尾架上，前置式金剛刀片修整砂輪，通過X軸與Z軸聯(lián)動，能對砂輪實現(xiàn)外圓、端面、圓弧或多臺階的修整。

outer circle, end-plate, arc or multi-step through the linkage of the X axis and Z axis.

6、測量系統(tǒng)：測量系統(tǒng)可選配意大利馬波斯；中原精密有限公司；日本東京精密的徑向和軸向測量儀。

Measurement system: measurement system can be matched with Italy MARPOSS, Zhongyuan Precision Co. Ltd., Japan Tokyo’s radial

and axial measurement instruments.
