數(shù)控磨齒機(jī)系列CNC gear grinding machine series

GD7125、GD7432型數(shù)控磨齒機(jī)是在機(jī)械式Y(jié)7125、Y7432磨齒機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)數(shù)控化改造而成的全新CNC數(shù)控加工機(jī)床，主要應(yīng)用與磨削直齒和螺旋齒的插齒刀、剃齒刀以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)齒輪的漸開線齒面。該機(jī)床配備我公司專業(yè)的計(jì)算軟件，實(shí)現(xiàn)了工件的全自動磨削加工，提高了加工效率及加工精度。本機(jī)床主要用戶對象是汽車、拖拉機(jī)、航空、機(jī)床以及工具制造等工業(yè)部門。機(jī)床可穩(wěn)定加工相當(dāng)于ISO1328規(guī)定的3級齒輪的漸開線齒面。

GD7125, GD7432 type CNC gear grinding machine is on the basis of Y7125, Y7432 type mechanical gear grinding machine to transformate a new CNC numerical control machine tool, mainly used to grinding straight teeth and helical teeth of the gear shaper cutter, shaving cutter and the standard involute tooth surface of gear. The equip is with specialized in machine tool software our company (Xi’an Gongda Precision Machine Co., Ltd.), it realized the automatic grinding work-piece, improves the machining efficiency and machining accuracy. The machine is main using object such as car, tractor, aviation, machine tools, tool manufacturing and other industrial sectors. Machine can be stable processing with ISO1328 rules of grade 3 of Involute gear tooth surface.

配備X3型在線砂輪修整機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)中凸、中凹等各種齒廓及齒向的在線自動修形。

Equipped with X3 type Online grinding wheel dresser, it realized that on-line automatic dressing of various tooth profile and tooth helix such as convexity and concave shape and so on。

X3型在線砂輪修整器，主要用于Y7125、Y7432等磨齒機(jī)的改造，以代替機(jī)床上原有的機(jī)械式砂輪修整器。使機(jī)床實(shí)現(xiàn)對修形剃齒刀、插齒刀和高精度修形齒輪的精密磨削，可實(shí)現(xiàn)齒廓和齒向修形。

X3 type online grinding wheel dresser, mainly applied to transformation of the Y7125, Y7432 type of gear grinding machine, instead of the the original mechanical grinding wheel dresser. Make the machine tool to realized precision grinding of gear shaving cutter, gear shaper cutter, and high precision gear with correction of the flank shape, hence it can be realized modification on tooth profile and tooth helix.
