CNC離線砂輪修整機CNC Grinding Wheel Dressing Machines

CNC離線砂輪修整機是西安共達精密機器有限公司為砂輪的高精度修形而研制的數(shù)控產品，該機器采用金剛石滾輪對砂輪進行修整，可廣泛用于滾刀、蝸桿、銑刀等復雜形面的砂輪修形，通過與CNC齒輪測量中心聯(lián)機，可以實現(xiàn)蝸桿及復雜刀具的閉環(huán)制造。

CNC grinding wheel trimming machine is developed for the grinding wheel of precision modification of nc products by Xi’an Gongda Precision Machine Co., Ltd. (XGPMC)

This model machine adopts the diamond wheel for grinding wheel dressing, which can be widely used in complex facial of grinding wheel dressing according to gear hob, worm, complex shape milling cutter, grinding wheel and so on.

Online with CNC gear measuring center, it can realize closed loop manufacturing of worm and complex cutting tool.

軟件介紹  About software

西安共達精密機器有限公司自主研發(fā)的砂輪截形計算軟件，可根據(jù)刀具截形直接計算出砂輪截形，并自動生成數(shù)控程序。軟件具有參數(shù)和圖形輸入功能，并能存儲所磨削砂輪的基本尺寸及修形參數(shù)；軟件采用Windows平臺，用戶易于掌握及操作。該計算軟件與數(shù)控機床結合，可完成復雜形面工件、砂輪基體的加工。

The Grinding wheel cross-sectional profile calculation software is independent research and development by Xi’an Gongda Precision Machine Co., Ltd. (XGPMC), it calculate the grinding wheel cross-sectional profile according to section of cutting tool, automatic generation of NC program. Software function with parameter and function of graphic input, and can store the basic size and dressing parameters of the grinding wheel; Software using the Windows platform, user is easy to master and operate. Combined with NC machine tools, the software can complete complex shape machining, grinding wheel of substrate surface.

齒輪滾刀：剃前、磨前、齒頂全圓角、齒頂?shù)菇恰X底修圓等修形滾刀。

Gear hob: before shaving, grinding, tooth top full fillet, tooth chamfer, hob tooth root circle dressing and so on.

蝸輪滾刀和蝸桿：ZA、ZI、ZN1、ZN2、ZN3、ZK1、ZK2、ZK3等類型。

Worm gear hob and worm: Types of ZA, ZI, ZN1, ZN2, ZN3, ZK1, ZK2, ZK3 and so on.

鏈輪滾刀、矩形花鍵滾刀、三角花鍵滾刀。

Sprocket hob, rectangular spline hob, triangle spline hob

銑刀：任意曲線。

根據(jù)鏟磨需要，可以選擇精磨或粗磨

According to the requirements of the relieving grinding, fine grinding or coarse grinding can be selected.
