凹印版輥數(shù)控高精密銑削機電主軸：具備高精度，高轉速，大功率，大轉矩的特點，配置進口電機，德國FAG P4級角接觸軸承；主軸的材料為38CrMoA1A，軸承潤滑采用德國FAG潤滑脂，免去了日常維護的麻煩。
三菱數(shù)控系統(tǒng)：由于需加工的版輥尺寸長短不一，在移動*座的過程中，由于機械原因，難免會造成*座中心線偏移，使得加工出的版輥會產(chǎn)生圓柱度。常規(guī)的方法是調整*座中心，而本機床的zui大優(yōu)點是在不用調整*座的情況下，輸入一個偏移量（僅費時3秒），靠機床的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)精確的軌跡控制，就能把版輥的圓柱度控制在0.01mm。
