—機(jī)械式上模快速夾緊裝置，既有快速夾緊功能，又有上鍥塊補(bǔ)償功能；

—三明治結(jié)構(gòu)的液壓下工作臺(tái)撓度補(bǔ)償裝置，由數(shù)控系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)控制補(bǔ)償壓力；

BSI數(shù)控后擋料采用數(shù)字式交流伺服電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，精密滾珠絲杠傳動(dòng)，直線導(dǎo)軌導(dǎo)向；

采用扭力軸來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)整機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)的左右平衡；

隨機(jī)配備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上下模一套；

本設(shè)備具有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度、噪音低、運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、抗震性能好，在此環(huán)境條件下，能連續(xù)運(yùn)行16小時(shí)以上。
