sfm-ls8系列書空車床的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
該系列書空車床系列按照流行的斜床身結(jié)構(gòu)需要設(shè)計(jì)。與原來斜床身結(jié)構(gòu)有所不同。具有新思路、新起點(diǎn)、有新的發(fā)展。形成新的斜床身數(shù)控車床系列,起特點(diǎn)如下:
1、 底座床身一體化結(jié)構(gòu),后傾30度,整體剛性高,對(duì)關(guān)鍵部位提高了固有頻率,可獲得*加工精度。
2、 導(dǎo)軌副用直線滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌,運(yùn)動(dòng)靈活、精度高、為提高抗震性,采用阻尼塊的結(jié)構(gòu),使運(yùn)動(dòng)副有*的定位精度和工作精度。
3、 床頭箱設(shè)計(jì)采用對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu),考慮散熱均勻減小熱變形對(duì)精度的影響,使主軸保持穩(wěn)定的工作精度。
4、 主軸精確計(jì)算*的支撐距,合理設(shè)計(jì)主軸的結(jié)構(gòu),主軸軸承的預(yù)緊力用工裝和測(cè)量?jī)x保證。使主軸系統(tǒng)達(dá)到高精度、高剛度、高速度的要求。
5、 z軸放置在主導(dǎo)軌之間*位置,運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn),配合良好潤(rùn)滑和絲桿預(yù)拉伸,確保z軸的加工精度。
6、 高剛性的臥式刀裝置。采用大齒盤定位,定位精度高,夾緊力大。適合各種強(qiáng)力切削。
7、 選用自動(dòng)對(duì)刀裝置。可將刀尖位置數(shù)據(jù)輸入到系統(tǒng),大大減少對(duì)刀換刀的輔助時(shí)間,提高工作效率。
8、 采用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì),選取多種功能部件,各種數(shù)控系統(tǒng),滿足不同層次用戶的要求。
