XC-V8 V10臥式高速八軸、十軸鉆銑攻衛(wèi)浴專機(jī)特點(diǎn)
1、機(jī)床的鑄件均采用灰口鑄鐵，經(jīng)過人工時(shí)效處理，穩(wěn)定性好，強(qiáng)度高，各項(xiàng)精度
穩(wěn)定可靠。
The castings of machine tools are all made of grey cast iron.After arti
ficial aging treatment,the stability is good,the strength is high,and the
precision is stable and reliable.
2、機(jī)床主軸采用*的炮筒結(jié)構(gòu)，軸承采用 P4 級(jí)主軸軸承，讓主軸具有更高的
精度，和穩(wěn)定性。
The spindle of the machine tool adopts an advanced barrel structure
and the bearings adopt P4 spindle bearings allowing the spindle to
have higher accuracy and stability.
3、機(jī)床X/Z傳動(dòng)的滾珠絲桿均采用中國(guó)臺(tái)灣上銀提供的 C3 級(jí)滾珠絲桿，滾珠絲桿倆
端均采用進(jìn)口的 P4 級(jí) 60 度角接觸配合組合的滾珠絲桿軸承，且倆軸滾
珠絲桿均進(jìn)行預(yù)拉伸。更確保加工工件精度的穩(wěn)定性。X/Z倆軸均采用直聯(lián)
式聯(lián)軸器連接，傳動(dòng)剛性強(qiáng)，精度穩(wěn)定性高；
The ball screws of machine tool X/Z drive adopt the C3 ball screw
providedby Taiwan Shangyin. Both of the ball sctew′s two end uses
the imported P4 class 60- degree angle contact and cooperate with
the ball screw special bearing.Shaft ball screws are pre-tensioned.To
ensure the stability of the accuracy of the processing workpiece.Both
X/Z shafts are connected bya direct- coupling coupling,which has
strong transmission rigidity and highaccuracy and stability.
4、機(jī)床X/Z倆軸滑軌均采用中國(guó)臺(tái)灣上銀提供的 P 級(jí)。大大降低導(dǎo)軌間的摩擦力，消
除了導(dǎo)軌可能生產(chǎn)的爬行現(xiàn)象，提高了機(jī)床的運(yùn)動(dòng)精度；
Both X/Z axis slides of the machine tool adopt the P grade provided
by Taiwan Sapphire.The friction between the guide rails is greatly re
duced,the crawling phenomenon that the guide rails may produce is
eliminated,and the movement accuracy of the machine tool is im
proved.
5、全封閉式防護(hù)，更好地保護(hù)導(dǎo)軌、絲桿及軸承；

6、采用集中式潤(rùn)滑油路，讓機(jī)床導(dǎo)軌絲桿部分得到充分的潤(rùn)滑，大大提高機(jī)床使
