XT40-2-BT40-DC/XT50-2-BT50-DC 后置式電主軸傳動(dòng)形式為后置式電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng)，配有水冷卻系統(tǒng)。由于電機(jī)的散熱條件比較好，軸承溫升低，主軸的熱變形小，能夠傳遞很高的轉(zhuǎn)速和扭矩，而且剛性好，機(jī)構(gòu)緊湊，可大大提高機(jī)床的生產(chǎn)效率和工件的加工質(zhì)量。主軸具有自動(dòng)松拉刀、精確控制轉(zhuǎn)速和實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)停、中心內(nèi)冷等功能。
The rear motorized spindle is directly driven by rear motor and equipped with water cooling system. Due to the goodheat dissipation condition of the motor, low temperature rise of the bearing, small thermal deformation of the spindle, highspeed and torque transmission, good rigidity and compact mechanism, the production efficiency of the machine tool and theprocessing quality of the workpiece can be greatly improved. accurate control of rotation speed, accurate stop and central inner cooling.
