機(jī)型特點(diǎn)：
1. 機(jī)床結(jié)構(gòu)延續(xù)意大利機(jī)床、經(jīng)典設(shè)計(jì)，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，避免在高速加工中雙電機(jī)驅(qū)動如有報(bào)警會產(chǎn)生扭曲電機(jī)事件，床身由高質(zhì)量鋼管無縫焊接而成，確保其高穩(wěn)定性，整機(jī)通過高精度母機(jī)精密加工各項(xiàng)孔位，達(dá)到國外加工中心機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)精度，各部位結(jié)構(gòu)件振動時效處理，扎實(shí)堅(jiān)固，使用壽命長，不變形。
2. 主軸馬達(dá)采用國產(chǎn)5.5 kw水冷自動換刀主軸，6000~24000轉(zhuǎn)，在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的同時能保證加工產(chǎn)品的精度。
3. 機(jī)床驅(qū)動馬達(dá)應(yīng)用進(jìn)口日本松下高性能大功率伺服驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)，扭矩大，同時配備高精度中國臺灣APEX減速機(jī)，增強(qiáng)機(jī)床使用壽命，精度高，速度快，性能穩(wěn)定。
4. 機(jī)床X.Y.Z軸機(jī)械傳動采用原裝中國臺灣上銀直線導(dǎo)軌，X.Y軸驅(qū)動配備德國Herion大模數(shù)高精度磨制齒輪齒條，Z軸采用中國臺灣TBI C5級滾珠絲桿，下刀精確。

Machine Characters:
1. Machine frame continues Italian machine structure, classic design, avoid motor twisted while high-speed machining. Frame is welded seamless by high-quality steel tubes to make sure the performance of machine. All holes of whole machine are processed by high-precision machine-tool, meet with the precision of international machine center, all parts of machine adopt vibration aging treatment, solid and rugged, long-life and no deformation.
2. Adopt China 5.5KW water cooling spindle, 6000~24000RPM, low maintenance cost.
3. Adopt Japan's Panasonic servo drive motor system, with big torque, and equipped with high-precision Taiwan APEC reducer, enhance machine life, high precision, high speed and stable performance.
