本機(jī)床是*的用于磨削凸輪輪廓的高檔數(shù)控機(jī)床。可加工出不同型號的凸輪軸，是多品種、大批量生產(chǎn)高精度凸輪軸的理想加工設(shè)備。
It is the most advanced CNC machine tools for grinding cam profile. It can process different models of the camshaft, which is treated as ideal processing equipment for multi-species , mass production of high - precision camshafts.
YHMCNC8326-10數(shù)控凸輪軸磨床主要特點(diǎn) Technical characters
1.采用德國西門子(SIEMENS)840D數(shù)控系統(tǒng)。
2.采用靜動*承動平衡高速電主軸（號：ZL2009 2 0063655.8），配置CBN砂輪，實(shí)現(xiàn)凸輪軸的80－120米/秒高速磨削。
3.采用高精度高剛度直驅(qū)式閉式矩形靜壓導(dǎo)軌（發(fā)明公開號：CN201010228669.8），消除了低速爬行現(xiàn)象.
4.工件旋轉(zhuǎn)軸采用加減速控制方法（發(fā)明公開號：CN201010278922.0）（軟件著作權(quán)：2010SR004346），提高了磨削精度。
5、砂輪主軸采用內(nèi)置式在線動平衡。
6.采用金剛石滾輪在線修整CBN砂輪（發(fā)明申請?zhí)枺?01110247142.4），提高了機(jī)床的加工精度和加工效率。

2.Adopts the high-speed spindle bearing（patent No:ZL 2009 2 0063655.8）,with static ant dynamic pressure of balancing, and the CBN grinding wheel to achieve the high-speed grinding for camshaft at80--120 m/s.
3.Use High-precision high-rigidity direct-driving rectangular closed hydrostatic guideways（patent No:CN201010228669.8）,to eliminate the phenomenon of low-speed crawling.
4.The workpiece rotation axis adopts acceleration and deceleration control method（patent NO:201010278922.0）（software copyright:2010SR004346）,to improve the grinding accuracy.
5.The wheel spindle uses the built-in online dynamic balance.
6.Use diamond wheel online for dressing CBN grinding wheel（patents NO:201110247142.4）to improve the machining accuracy and efficiency.
