YH2M8195立式單面研磨拋光機主要用途 Main purpose：
該機用于閥板、閥片、磨擦片、剛性密封圈、氣缸活塞環(huán)、油泵葉片等金屬零件，以及硅、鍺、石英晶體、玻璃、陶瓷、藍(lán)寶石、砷化碳、鐵氧體、鈮酸鋰等非金屬硬脆性材料制作的薄片零件的單面研磨和拋光，如平板電腦顯示屏的研磨與拋光。

1.YH2M-8195立式單面研磨(拋光)機為水冷式四工位單面研磨(拋光)機。四個工位上的工作環(huán)由四個獨立的調(diào)速電機傳動系統(tǒng)分別驅(qū)動旋轉(zhuǎn)，四個加壓氣缸通過活塞桿伸縮驅(qū)動萬向壓板，分別對四個工位的工件可靠施壓。
2.由精密減壓閥和電氣比例閥精確控制加工壓力。
3.本機配有蠕動泵，根據(jù)加工工件的不同，精確控制研磨（拋光）液滴注流量，達(dá)到更好的研磨（拋光）效果。
4.采用PLC控制，控制方式靈活可靠。
5.用觸摸屏做為人機界面顯示報警和機床狀態(tài)的實時信息;界面友好.信息量大。
