YHDM7745雙端面數(shù)控立式高精度磨床主要用途： Main purpose

適用于對各種外形的金屬、非金屬薄形精密零件（軸承、閥片、密封件、油泵葉片、活塞環(huán)等）上下兩平行端面的同時(shí)磨削。

It is designed for simultaneously grinding the two parallel side surfaces of the workpiece. Various high precise and thin workpieces with parallel side surfaces, no matter made of metal or nonmetal material, can be processed. Such as bearing, valve, seal, oil pump vane, piston ring, etc.

YHDM7745雙端面數(shù)控立式高精度磨床技術(shù)特點(diǎn)： Technical characters：

1、機(jī)身采用整體結(jié)構(gòu)，磨頭部件與床身緊密配合，上箱體整體調(diào)整結(jié)構(gòu)；機(jī)床魔頭主軸立式配置。

2、采用西門子數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，性能穩(wěn)定，智能化和靈活性強(qiáng)。

3.磨頭部件采用高精度進(jìn)給機(jī)構(gòu)，并配備了副蝸輪可隨時(shí)調(diào)整磨頭回程間隙，提高了整個(gè)磨頭的進(jìn)給精度，磨頭部件密封可靠、潤滑充分，保證了機(jī)床長期高精度。

4.圓盤送料機(jī)構(gòu)采用交流伺服電機(jī)，傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，轉(zhuǎn)速進(jìn)給、恒磨除率加工（即每個(gè)零件的加工采用變速進(jìn)給），提高了工件的加工質(zhì)量和效率；傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，轉(zhuǎn)速1—15r/min；同時(shí)開啟靈活、更換砂輪便捷。

7、冷卻液經(jīng)磁性刮板排屑器——渦旋分離器——油冷卻機(jī)——管道過濾器控制處理后循環(huán)使用。

8、采用機(jī)械手上下料，自動(dòng)化強(qiáng)度高。
