機(jī)床標(biāo)配X、Y、Z、A、B五個(gè)進(jìn)給軸及BT40-8000rpm高剛性直聯(lián)主軸。可用于加工22.5*9.0(標(biāo)配工裝)卡車(chē)鋁輪及大巴鋁輪,標(biāo)配自動(dòng)換刀系統(tǒng),在一次裝夾中連續(xù)完成銑、鉆、擴(kuò)、鉸、學(xué)的精確加工,實(shí)現(xiàn)加工程序化,縮短生產(chǎn)周期,從而使用戶(hù)獲得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

本機(jī)床主要適用于卡車(chē)鋁輪轂及客運(yùn)大巴鋁輪的機(jī)械加工需求。

The machine tool is equipped with five feed axes A and Bａnd bt40-8000rpm high-rlaidity direct-connected spindle.Can be used for processing 22.59.0 (standard tooling) truck aluminum wheel and bus aluminum wheel, standard with automatic tool change system, in a singleclamping complete milling drilling expanding, reaming boring precision processing processing procedures, shorten the production cycle, so as to enable users to obtain good economic benefits. This machineis mainlyused for machining aluminum wheel hubs of trucks and passenoer buses
