特點

HV870車鋁輪加工機在立式加工中心基礎(chǔ)上,引進了的動態(tài)剛性設(shè)計理念,優(yōu)化了移動部件增強了主軸部件,使機床剛性更強,快速響應(yīng)特性更佳等特點。

本機床標配X、Y、Z三個聯(lián)動進給軸及BT40-15000m高速直聯(lián)主軸。可用于加工28寸及以下的驕車鋁輪系列。標配自動換刀系統(tǒng),在一次裝夾中可連續(xù)完成銑鉆、鉸、刮等精確加工,實現(xiàn)加工程序化,縮短生產(chǎn)周期,從而使用戶獲得良好的經(jīng)濟效益。

本機床適用于轎車鋁輪轂的機械加工同時也廣泛應(yīng)用于高精模具汽車零部件、航空航天件、件、五金件等各種機械產(chǎn)品的加工。
