M系列立式數(shù)控銑采用立式框架布局,立柱固定在床身上,主軸箱沿立柱上下移動(dòng)(Z向)、滑座沿床身縱向移動(dòng)(Y向)、工作臺(tái)沿滑座橫向移動(dòng)(向)的結(jié)構(gòu)床身、工作臺(tái)、滑座、立柱、主軸箱等大件均采用高強(qiáng)度鑄鐵材料,造型為樹(shù)脂砂工藝,兩次時(shí)效處理消除應(yīng)力,有效抑制了切力導(dǎo)致機(jī)床的變形和振動(dòng)。X、Y、Z軸導(dǎo)軌副為鑄件猝火導(dǎo)軌與聚四氟乙烯貼塑導(dǎo)軌板組成導(dǎo)軌副,耐磨型好,摩擦系數(shù)小,移動(dòng)平穩(wěn),高剛性,低速無(wú)爬行、精度高、壽命長(zhǎng)。
