SFA-2015伺服內(nèi)置式展刀頭
帶配重平衡滑塊的單滑塊展刀，進給機構(gòu)是齒輪與滾珠絲杠的傳動方式，進給速度穩(wěn)定，便于進給速度與行程的調(diào)整。
The feeding mechanism of the single slider broaching tool with counterweight balancing slider is the transmission modeof gear and ball screw, which is stable in feeding speed and convenient for adjustment of feeding speed and stroke.
滑動面均經(jīng)過硬化以及精密研磨，剛性與耐久性佳。
The sliding surfaces are hardened and precision ground, and have excellent rigidity and durability.
展刀頭內(nèi)置行星減速機、伺服電機驅(qū)動，減少機械傳動累計誤差。
Planetary reducer and servo motor drive are built in the spreading tool bit to reduce the accumulated error of mechanicaltransmission.
用于復(fù)雜輪廓、數(shù)控插補運動、車內(nèi)外端面、內(nèi)外溝槽、內(nèi)外螺紋、直線鏜孔、多臺階復(fù)合鏜孔、倒角、錐度等。
Used for complex contour, numerical control interpolation movement, turning inner and outer end faces, inner and outergrooves, inner and outer threads, straight boring, multi-step compound boring, chamfering, taper, etc.
電源及編碼器出線需配置滑環(huán)使用。
Power supply and encoder outlet shall be equipped with slip ring.
展刀皆為背隙可消除式。
