本系列壓機(jī)適用于軸類零件、型材等的校正工藝，也適用于軸、套類零件的壓裝以及簡(jiǎn)單板材零件的拉伸、彎曲、壓印、成形及落料工藝，也可以進(jìn)行一般粉末、塑料制品的壓制。

Applications

This series of press is applicable to the calibration process of axis parts and section bars,ａnd also applicable to the press fitting of axis parts and steeve parts,the stretching,bending,pressing,forming and blanking of simple panel parts,even applicable to the pressing of common powder and plastic products.

性能特點(diǎn) Features

計(jì)算機(jī)優(yōu)化直立式Ｃ型結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，剛性好；	Computer optimization vertical C-shaped structure design,with goood rigidity;
機(jī)身采用鋼板焊接，焊后整體回火，確保機(jī)身穩(wěn)定性；	The body is welded by steel plates,tenpering on the whole body after welding,to guarantee the stability of the body;
機(jī)器各部件均安裝于機(jī)身內(nèi)，外觀整齊美觀；	All the components and parts are installed inside the body,which makes the appurtenance near and artistic;
液壓系統(tǒng)采用手動(dòng)換向閥，調(diào)速方便；	Hand-operated direction valve is applied to hydraulic system,which is convenient to control the speed;with two operating modes;manual opreation and pedal operation;
滑塊采用導(dǎo)柱導(dǎo)向，抗偏載能力強(qiáng)；	Guide pillar guiding is applied to the sliding block,which is with strong capability of anti-unbalance loading;
具有獨(dú)立的液壓和電氣控制系統(tǒng)，采用按鈕集中控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)定程和定壓兩種成型工藝，機(jī)器行程、壓力可在規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)。	With independent hydraumatic and electrical control sysrem,centralized control b buttons,to realize two forming process:fixed distance and fixed pressure,ａnd the travel and pressure of thr equipment can adjusted within the specified range.
