修整對象

修整目的

燒結(jié)滾輪的修整過程分為整形和修銳兩部分，整形是使砂輪工作表面具有要求的形面幾何精度；修銳是指將砂輪工作表面的超硬磨料周圍多余的結(jié)合劑除去，使磨粒裸露出理想的高度，進(jìn)而使砂輪工作表面具備良好的磨削性能；

磨削過程中，砂輪工作表面的地形地貌和形狀尺寸精度是影響磨削性能和效果的重要因素，砂輪必須經(jīng)過修整才能保持良好的磨削狀態(tài)；

特別是對超硬磨料磨具來說，超高硬度和耐磨性使其在具有優(yōu)異的磨削性能同時(shí)，修整難度也比普通砂輪大的多，目前來說，通過金剛石燒結(jié)滾輪進(jìn)行修整是實(shí)際磨削應(yīng)用中較為有效的方法。

Dressing purpose

Especially for ultra-hard abrasive tools, ultra-high hardness and abrasion resistance make them have excellent grinding performance, and the dressing difficulty is much greater than that of ordinary grinding wheel.
