針對(duì)性開發(fā)磨盤配方，設(shè)計(jì)圓片、馬賽克等不同盤面結(jié)構(gòu)，滿足不同材料的磨削要求。

磨盤直徑范圍φ534mm ～ φ1200mm，規(guī)格可訂制。

工件加工精度高：平行度、平面度≤ 0.003mm；表面質(zhì)量好。

配套STAHLI、PETER-WOLTERS、AM、Melchiorre 和新鄉(xiāng)日升、新鄉(xiāng)斯凱夫等機(jī)床，在國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)成熟應(yīng)用。

主要用于汽車轉(zhuǎn)向泵（葉片、定子、轉(zhuǎn)子等）、汽車軸承和汽車變速齒輪箱等零部件的雙端面精密磨削。

Double side grinding of auto steering pump(vane,stator,totor),bearing,speed change gear box.

加工材質(zhì)

工件材質(zhì)包括鐵基粉末冶金、鑄鐵（灰鑄鐵、FC-250、鎳鉻鉬合金鑄鐵等）、淬火軸承鋼和高速鋼、45 鋼及局部淬火件、鋁件等。
