實現(xiàn)高品質(zhì)的晶圓背面研削加工
加工對象: Silicon wafer, etc
通過在縱向切入式(In-Feed)研削機的精加工研削軸(Z2軸)上使用Poligrind(拋光性研削磨輪),在不需要增加新設(shè)備及改變現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)方式的前提下,就可改善晶圓的精加工表面粗糙度和抗彎強度,獲得更高的加工品質(zhì)。
- 能夠在現(xiàn)有縱向切入式研削機上安裝使用。
- 能夠在不改變原有加工方式的前提下,提高抗彎強度等加工品質(zhì)。
- 與現(xiàn)有的Z2軸(精加工研削)用磨輪相比,實現(xiàn)了高品質(zhì)的精加工表面。
- 對應(yīng)高負荷研削。

實驗結(jié)果
于現(xiàn)有的Z2 軸(精加工研削)用磨輪相比較,有望提高抗彎強度和表面粗糙度等加工品質(zhì)。
