技術(shù)特點:

★床身及主要部件均采用高規(guī)格的優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鐵，通過*的全樹脂砂澆鑄成型工藝，極大的提高了機床的抗震性及精度的穩(wěn)定性，適應(yīng)高強度'高精度加工。

★主軸采用進口高精度主軸軸承，整體裝配是在中國臺灣組裝，保證了主軸的高精度。主傳動系統(tǒng)采用交流伺服電機，通過同步帶傳動至主軸，既保證了剛性攻牙，又實現(xiàn)主軸的高轉(zhuǎn)速和 f 氏矂聲。

★進給系統(tǒng)采用線性導(dǎo)軌可完成精準的移動及定位，同時增加了機床移動部件的耐磨性，增強抗沖擊能力，提高機床使用壽命。

★兩軸滾珠絲桿均采用預(yù)拉伸安裝，提高了絲桿的剛度，限度地減少由于高速運轉(zhuǎn)熱變形引起的誤差。

★ The bed and main parts are made of high-quality cast iron with high specifications. Tlirough advanced resin sａnd casting process,the seismic resistance and precision stability of the machine tool are greatly improved, and the machine is suitable for high-precision and high-precision processing.

★ The spindle adopts imported high precision spindle bearings. The whole assembly is assembled in Taiwan, which ensures thehigh accuracy of the spindle. The main drive system adopts AC servo motor and drives to the spindle by synchronous beH, which not only ensures rigid tapping, but also realizes the high speed and low noise of the spindle.

★ Tine feeding system uses linear guides to achieve accurate movement and positioning, and at the same time increases the wear resistance of the moving parts of the machine tool, enhances the impact resistance and improves the service life of the machine tool.  ★

★ Two-axis ball screw is pre-stretched, which improves the stiffness of the screw and minimizes the error caused by thermal deformation due to high-speed operation.
