主要用途

本機(jī)床為寬砂輪無心磨床，主要用來磨削直徑為10~200mm的各種軸承外圈表面以及相類似的其它各種等直徑零件的外表面，如活塞銷，氣缸套，活塞，短軸等，適用于大批量的通磨磨削。機(jī)床又具有自動(dòng)切入機(jī)構(gòu)及機(jī)械手的液壓和電氣控制系統(tǒng)，因此配備必要的機(jī)械手上下料裝置和其它專用裝置后，機(jī)床也可作切入成形磨削，如羅拉，錠桿等成形零件的磨削。

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)

1、機(jī)床布局采用雙面移動(dòng)形式；

2、砂輪主軸為雙支承結(jié)構(gòu)，采用多片動(dòng)承

3、導(dǎo)輪主軸為雙支承結(jié)構(gòu)，采用多片動(dòng)承

4、導(dǎo)輪架進(jìn)給以及砂輪修整器仿形導(dǎo)軌均采用滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌；

5、砂輪架進(jìn)給采用靜壓導(dǎo)軌；

6、可以配置上下料。
