DM系列刀模機(jī)
機(jī)床特點(diǎn)：
1、 立柱和橫梁采用HT300鑄鐵材料，一體式鑄造工藝成型，結(jié)構(gòu)精度穩(wěn)定、剛性*。
2、 立柱與底座接觸部位，螺桿軸承座都是用手工鏟花工藝進(jìn)行安裝。
3、 三軸都采用高等級的絲桿和導(dǎo)軌。
4、 設(shè)備所有精度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都是采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，配高速主軸，光潔度和精度都非常完美。
5、 配上四軸轉(zhuǎn)臺，除了可以加工平面刀模，還可以加工滾切刀模。
Machine tool features:
1. The columns and beams are made of HT300 cast iron, which is formed by one-piece casting process, with stable structure accuracy and super rigidity.
2. The contact parts of the column and the base, and the screw bearing seat are installed by manual spatula technology.
3. All the three axes adopt high grade screw and guide rail.
4. All accuracy standards of the equipment adopt international standards, with high-speed spindle, perfect smoothness and accuracy.
5. with a four-axis turntable, in addition to the processing plane die, can also be processed rolling cutting die.
