HELIOS系列為龍門型五面加工中心機（門寬2000mm至3000mm），提供聰敏、經(jīng)濟及有吸引力之解決方案供加工工件長慶達4000mm之應用。其高剛性之結(jié)構(gòu)（尤其其軌道長度超過工作臺行程）確保高工件移除率及切削精度。五面銑頭2i實現(xiàn)一次性五面加工并且?guī)Ыo使用者顯著的產(chǎn)能及工件品質(zhì)之提升。

The HELIOS series is a gantry-type five-sided machining center (with a door width of 2000mm to 3000mm), providing a smart, economical and attractive solution for processing workpieces up to 4000mm. Its high rigidity structure (especially its track length exceeds the table stroke) ensures high workpiece removal rate and cutting accuracy. The five-sided milling head 2i realizes one-time five-sided machining and brings users a significant increase in productivity and workpiece quality.

HELIOS之機械結(jié)構(gòu)剛性適用于中/重型工件高效率加工使用，具優(yōu)異之除屑率及高加工精度等特性。

The rigidity of the HELIOS structure allows for the efficient manufac-turing of medium/heavy workpieces with good chip removal rate and high precision。

The linear guides are of large size and widely spaced apart to offer increased stability.

工作區(qū)具高安全性并兼顧人體工學，方便起落及檢測工件。除屑系統(tǒng)由兩側(cè)雙螺旋除屑器及尾端之履帶式除屑機組成，清除切屑迅速有效率

       The work area protections are aimed to provide the operator with good accessibility to the table for part load/unlo ad and inspection。The chip recovery system，with two side conveyors and one end conveyor，guarantees efficient and easy cleaning of the table with minimum operator‘s attendance.

錄條式自動換刀系統(tǒng)可針對加工需求裝卸適當尺寸及重量之*。刀庫設計為落地式并安裝于橫標左側(cè)，配合由PLC控制的安全門在裝卸*時提供操作者安全的保護。

The chain type ATC can handle tools with proper dimensions/weight for the machining needs.The ATC is placed on the floor on the LH side of the cross beam.Safety protec-tions are provided with access door for tool load/unload/inspection，inter faced with the PLC.
