臥式加工中心
自動(dòng)換刀裝置由*庫(kù)和換刀臂組成。自動(dòng)換刀裝置與機(jī)床分開安裝，目的是防止自動(dòng)換刀裝置運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)的振動(dòng)或其它原因?qū)庸ぞ犬a(chǎn)生不利的影響。選刀采用短路徑固定地址方法。所有的*均返回原位，因此有關(guān)大尺寸*的碰撞問(wèn)題僅需在*安裝時(shí)考慮-次。雙向*庫(kù)采用短路徑。
Automatic toolchanger is composed of tool magazine and tool changing arms.
Automatic toolchanger is installed separately from machine tool with thepurpose of preventing adverse ifuences of vibration during running ofautomatic toolchanger and other reasons on precision. Tool selection adopts themethod of fixed address in the shortest path. AIl tools returm to original position,therefore, the problem of coll sion between large size tools is only considered inintial nstallation. Two-way tool magazine adopts the shortest path.
