◆機(jī)器的上輥在兩個(gè)下輥中心對稱處通過液壓缸里的液壓油作上下垂直運(yùn)動(dòng),即液壓傳動(dòng);兩個(gè)下輥?zhàn)餍D(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，由電機(jī)通過
減速器和開式齒輪驅(qū)動(dòng)下輥旋轉(zhuǎn)，使鋼板彎曲:下輥和底座之間有多組支撐輥，可提高下輥的剛度，可垂直調(diào)節(jié);在上輥的頂部有一橫梁,橫梁和上輥之間有多組支撐輥,可提高上輥的剛度。本卷板機(jī)適合做寬弧形工件。
