1、研磨精度提高grinding accuracy improved

瑩瞬磨床工作臺面精度保證150×400mm(試磨片x6片，其高度差為0.002mm），研磨表面光潔度為Ra0.18，切溝槽之能力同向誤差100㎜，2μm內。

2、高精度之直結式主軸high precision straight spindle

瑩瞬磨床主軸采用直結式設計，搭配CP4級精密斜角滾珠軸承、V3級低震動馬達與動平衡后，為普通型主軸之三倍剛性，直接安裝于機頭座上，更加強頭部之強度，保證主軸之偏轉遠低于0.002mm；為主軸在超精密磨屑中的精度保證及硬質合金正切削時提供充足的動力。

瑩瞬磨床主機座、工作臺、滑座、立柱及機頭等各重要鑄件體均采用高級鑄鐵FCD300，并經由有限元分析與計算，達到剛性倍增與質量的工程需求，每件鑄件均經過內應力消除處理，確保*不變形，并具抗彎及抗扭應力，確保機床長時間之研削精度。

瑩瞬磨床前后雙V，左右1V一平，均貼附U.S.A耐磨片TURCITE-B，以及手工精密鏟花。保證工作臺在負荷的情況下，不僅減低阻尼系數(shù)，且滑動順暢、耐磨，確保移動輕快與精度準確，適合成型超精密研磨。
