1、研磨精度提高grinding accuracy improved

瑩瞬磨床工作臺(tái)面精度保證150×400mm(試磨片x6片，其高度差為0.002mm），研磨表面光潔度為Ra0.18，切溝槽之能力同向誤差100㎜，2μm內(nèi)。

2、高精度之直結(jié)式主軸high precision straight spindle

瑩瞬磨床主軸采用直結(jié)式設(shè)計(jì)，搭配CP4級(jí)精密斜角滾珠軸承、V3級(jí)低震動(dòng)馬達(dá)與動(dòng)平衡后，為普通型主軸之三倍剛性，直接安裝于機(jī)頭座上，更加強(qiáng)頭部之強(qiáng)度，保證主軸之偏轉(zhuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于0.002mm；為主軸在超精密磨屑中的精度保證及硬質(zhì)合金正切削時(shí)提供充足的動(dòng)力。

瑩瞬磨床主機(jī)座、工作臺(tái)、滑座、立柱及機(jī)頭等各重要鑄件體均采用高級(jí)鑄鐵FCD300，并經(jīng)由有限元分析與計(jì)算，達(dá)到剛性倍增與質(zhì)量的工程需求，每件鑄件均經(jīng)過(guò)內(nèi)應(yīng)力消除處理，確保*不變形，并具抗彎及抗扭應(yīng)力，確保機(jī)床長(zhǎng)時(shí)間之研削精度。

瑩瞬磨床前后雙V，左右1V一平，均貼附U.S.A耐磨片TURCITE-B，以及手工精密鏟花。保證工作臺(tái)在負(fù)荷的情況下，不僅減低阻尼系數(shù)，且滑動(dòng)順暢、耐磨，確保移動(dòng)輕快與精度準(zhǔn)確，適合成型超精密研磨。
