●全自動上料下料切管機采用*的CNC數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制，實現(xiàn)切管生產(chǎn)線無人化全數(shù)據(jù)化生產(chǎn)過程，模塊化結合。功能裝置模塊有：全自動上料機、數(shù)控伺服切管機、出料機、倒角機、排料架、超聲波清洗機，以上模塊可由客戶根據(jù)需要自行選配。

● 生產(chǎn)過程由數(shù)控系統(tǒng)自行調節(jié)監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)，生產(chǎn)過程穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)品精確，可實現(xiàn)自動分析及咨詢分類生產(chǎn)。

● 可同時設置鋸切多種規(guī)格尺寸及數(shù)量，系統(tǒng)自動分析及自行分類生產(chǎn)。
