■機床由底座、立柱、一個主軸箱（滑臺）、 夾具、排屑器等組成。

■主軸箱和鏜刀*運動采用伺服電機驅動，滾珠絲杠、直線導軌結構。

■主軸電機通過同步帶帶動主軸旋轉。

■工件通過下壓式夾具固定在工作臺上，配置卸料氣缸在加工完成后將工件推出。

■通過主軸*的旋轉和上下移動實現工件的鏜削加工。

■機床配置整體防護罩，適用大流量冷卻加工，可有效保證加工精度。

■主軸往復改為伺服電機控制，滾珠絲杠、直線導軌結構，可實現主軸精確分段進給功能，無級調速

鏜床夾具

■機床采用氣動下壓式夾具、配套可更換U型定位裝置。可根據客戶要求訂做自定心式夾具及固定式夾具。適用于工件內孔加工Ф100~Ф150mm范圍內。

■根據客戶加工不同工件需要可更換鏜桿及鏜刀，夾方式靈活多樣，單刀、多刀均可使用。鏜刀頭帶*微調裝置，可通過人工手動微調進刀量。

■本機床采用全數字式數控系統(tǒng)，易于實現進給過程的分段控制，控制精度高，穩(wěn)定性好，易于實現加工過程自動化。
