◆機(jī)床采用高剛性龍門框架結(jié)構(gòu),重要部件均采用樹脂砂鑄件，并且經(jīng)過兩次人工時(shí)效處理，具有足夠的靜動(dòng)態(tài)剛性和良好的精度保持性。

◆機(jī)床的XYZ三軸傳動(dòng)均采用高精度雙螺母預(yù)緊滾珠絲桿,并進(jìn)行預(yù)拉伸，傳動(dòng)剛性強(qiáng)，精度穩(wěn)定可靠。

◆X Y軸均采用重載直線導(dǎo)軌(滾柱)結(jié)構(gòu), Z軸采用矩形硬軌結(jié)構(gòu), Z軸配有雙氨液平衡工，運(yùn)動(dòng)慣量小，響應(yīng)速度快。

◆機(jī)床主軸采用中國臺(tái)灣高剛性主軸單元,使用壽命長,可靠性性高。可選配齒輪頭傳動(dòng)或主軸電機(jī)直連傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)。

◆機(jī)床的潤滑系統(tǒng)均采用容積式自動(dòng)集中供油潤滑系統(tǒng),可確保任-潤滑部位得到充分潤滑。
