機床采用T型布局形式,在立柱的導軌上裝有拖板,導軌中間位置裝有垂直進給機構,傳動精度高,互換性好,在傳動過程中用十字接頭連接,可補償絲杠與減速器軸的中心誤差。工作臺移動采用閉式液壓系統(tǒng),前后進給可手動進給,液壓自動進給或變頻電機帶動絲桿自動間歇進給,磨頭上下移動為機動快速升降和手動進給兩種方式。采用高強度鑄鐵基礎件,磨頭主軸采用筒子瓦或高剛性套筒結構,機床整體剛性強,品質穩(wěn)定,運行平穩(wěn)。
