◆機(jī)床布局為工作臺移動式T型布局,工作臺左右運動(Z軸)及砂輪架橫向運動(X軸)皆采用伺服電機(jī)帶動滾珠絲杠驅(qū)動結(jié)構(gòu)。
◆潤滑采用間歇潤滑泵進(jìn)行集中潤滑,頭架為死結(jié)構(gòu),尾架工件手動頂緊、松開,頂緊力的調(diào)整可通過調(diào)整彈簧的壓緊量來實現(xiàn),砂輪架為片瓦的動*承結(jié)構(gòu),磨削剛性好,精度高。
◆工件磨削可實現(xiàn)數(shù)控編程自動磨削 ,滿足大部分中小零件的自動磨削加工的要求,可以很好的替代傳統(tǒng)手動式外圓磨床,降低機(jī)床對人員操作水平的要求,-名工人可以同時操作多臺機(jī)床,提高了工人的生產(chǎn)效率。
