調(diào)模系統(tǒng)：采用*齒輪液壓調(diào)整，確保定、動(dòng)模板*的平行。

射料系統(tǒng)：采用了目前國外前置壓射回路，有效提高壓射速度和減短系統(tǒng)的建壓時(shí)間。

電路系統(tǒng)：采用三菱、歐姆龍觸摸屏集成控制，使套機(jī)穩(wěn)定性更高，報(bào)警內(nèi)容提示可快速排除故障。

鎖模系統(tǒng)：模板和機(jī)鉸采用高強(qiáng)度球墨鑄鐵堅(jiān)固耐用，哥林柱采用特殊工藝制作。

熔爐系統(tǒng)：選用設(shè)備：柴油爐、煤爐、電加熱。

1、高應(yīng)答、高可靠性，提高射出性能快速填充回路從而降低能耗。另外采用活塞密封件方式不需保養(yǎng)，而氮?dú)獠粫?huì)泄露。

2、快壓射系統(tǒng)和增壓系統(tǒng)由獨(dú)立活塞式儲(chǔ)能器組成，大大減低維修及機(jī)械運(yùn)作成本，安全可靠，提供高速和穩(wěn)定性的壓射系統(tǒng)。

1、Rigidity of the shot end is increased, holding the C-frame securely against vibrations during shots, and maintaining the shot alignment. Furthermore, if facilitates from the short sleeve to the long sleev （optional）, meeting the customer's various needs.
2、The use of piston type accumulator has advantages over conrentional bladder type because the piston type is more reliable, accurate, maintenance free and has a longer life. Moreover ,the accumulator is equipped with a horizontal connection unit which enables steady and safe injection operation.

與原來的H13材料比是原來的5—10倍壽命維持穩(wěn)定的品質(zhì)。

2、電腦（PLC）電器元件：采用日本三菱電腦，具有故障顯示報(bào)警功能.電器元件采用日本或歐美產(chǎn)品。

3、電機(jī):采用東莞*電機(jī)（全國免檢產(chǎn)品）。

4、哥林柱：采用優(yōu)質(zhì)高抗拉力材料，內(nèi)部采用調(diào)質(zhì)去應(yīng)力處理，外部采用表面滲碳精磨鍍硬鉻工藝，比其它同類型產(chǎn)品壽命更長。

5、油管:采用中國臺(tái)灣產(chǎn)品,內(nèi)含四層鋼絲,更加經(jīng)久耐用。

6、模板：采用國內(nèi)目前可延伸系數(shù)高達(dá)700的高韌性球鐵。具有耐用,不變形等特點(diǎn)。
