在主軸圓周設(shè)氣幕吹凈，防止切削入侵可保證軸承。（選配）
主軸前端環(huán)狀橫削，使加工物達(dá)到冷卻效果。（選配）
主要機(jī)體皆采用箱型結(jié)構(gòu)，保證機(jī)體*剛性與穩(wěn)定性。
熱交換器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)附件，散熱效率佳，可降低故障率及延長(zhǎng)內(nèi)部電子元件的壽命。（選配電控箱空調(diào)）
使用鐳射定位儀、循圓切削測(cè)試裝置及主軸動(dòng)平衡校正儀等來保證檢驗(yàn)，以確保機(jī)器動(dòng)態(tài)、靜態(tài)與加工精度。
兩側(cè)橫削系統(tǒng)搭配螺旋式除屑裝置，可將切削排至前方之橫屑箱內(nèi)。
滑軌潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)平均分配布置，采用容積式配油器，各注射點(diǎn)均等，確保滑動(dòng)面潤(rùn)滑均勻。

Air curtain for blowing is set in the spindle circumferenc to prevent cutting invasion and ensure the bearing （optional）.
Ring balance cutting is conducted on the front end of the spondle to achieve the best cooling effect of workpieces （optional）.
Main body is box-structured to ensure the best rigidity and stability.
Heat exchangers are standard accessories,with good heat dissipation efficiency and the ability to reduce intentional rate and to extend the lift of the internal electronic components.（optional electric air conditioning）
Laser positioning system,circular cutting testing fixture and spindle balancing and calibration instrument are used to ensure the inspection as well as the machines dynamic,static and machining precision.
Cutting system on both sides are matched with screw-type chip removal device,and the chips can be removed to the chip removal box in the fornt.
Lubrication points on the slides are evenly distributed,adopting the displacement oil distributor.The injection points are equal to ensure a smooth and even lubrication surface.
