線切割使用說明書（中英文對照）
一、 概述
蘇州中航長風控制柜是集編程、步進電機控制、脈沖電源、機床電氣為一體的電火花線切割機床控制系統(tǒng)、具有多次切割、運絲電機調速功能。本系統(tǒng)結構件簡單，性能穩(wěn)定，操作方便，能方便的與各種電火花線切割機床連接，達到理想的目的要求。
二、控制柜輸入、輸出插頭座連接
   蘇州中航長風控制柜由交流380V/50HZ三相四線制供電，電源進線由4芯航空插頭XS0接入。控制柜機箱外殼需接上保護地線。XS2,XS3,XS4,XS5電纜線與機床連接，參照控制柜輸出插座線切割機床插座配線圖。機床照明為交流24V/40W。
三、面板按鈕開關功能
1.總電源開關QS（控制柜側面）。
2.總停按鈕SC1（面板）SC2（線控板）。
3.運絲關按鈕SB1（面板）SB2（線控板）。
4.運絲開按鈕SB3（面板）SB4（線控板）。
5.水泵關按鈕SA1（面板）SA2（線控板）。
6.水泵開按鈕SA3（面板）SA4（線控板）。
7.脈沖輸出開關SD1。
8.電腦主機開關SD2。
9.變頻器操作面板（運絲電機調速控制）。
10.脈沖電源操作面板（見脈沖電源說明書）。

Summary
Szcf This control cabinet is electric discharge wire cutting machine control system, integrated with programming, stepper motor control, pulse power source, machine tools electric, has a function of movement wire motor speed regulation. The system has an uncomplicated structure, stable performance and easy operation. It can be connected to various kinds of electric discharge wire cutting machines and helps to attain the requirements.

Connection of control cabinet’s imput and output connector.
This control cabinet is powered by 380V/50HZ alternating current （AC） of three-phase four-wire system. Power input wire is connected by  aviation plug XS0（4P）. The outer case of control cabinet must have protective earth connection. Cable conductor of XS2,XS3,XS4 and XS5 are connected to machine tool. Refer to the diagram of cabinet’s output socket wire and cutting machine socket wire. Illumination of machine tool is powered by alternating current （AC） 24V/40W.
