該產(chǎn)品是專(zhuān)為CAD/CAM計(jì)算機(jī)教室配備的CNC原理演示設(shè)備。它是在一個(gè)封閉的柜子里由CNC系統(tǒng)、計(jì)算機(jī)、3+1軸電機(jī)、旋轉(zhuǎn)刻度盤(pán)組成。它的z大特點(diǎn)是低耗能、低電噪、高*，在課堂上配合教學(xué)演示時(shí)，提高CNC/CAD/CAM原理的教學(xué)效果，而且，不影響教師講課及其它計(jì)算機(jī)的使用。

數(shù)控系統(tǒng)：三英、華中、華興、廣數(shù)、廣泰、 Fanuc、Siemens等用戶可選其中一種

CNC System: SANYING、HUAZHONG、HUAXING、GUANGSHU、GUANGTAI、Fanuc、Siemens，

one of them would be selected by User.

CNC原理演示實(shí)驗(yàn)功能 Functions of CNC Principle Performing：

1、數(shù)控系統(tǒng)及數(shù)控機(jī)床模擬操作 Simulative operation of CNC System and Machine Tool

2、X、Y、Z軸在CNC數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制下的快速、慢速、爬行、點(diǎn)動(dòng)、定位、定尺給進(jìn)、直線圓弧插補(bǔ)、螺紋功能、*補(bǔ)償、螺距補(bǔ)償、手動(dòng)運(yùn)行、自動(dòng)程序運(yùn)行等數(shù)控加工功能 X、Z-axis perform Rapid or Slow travel、Scramble moving、Dot moving、Positioning、Linear or Circular interpolation、Thread、Tool and Thread Compensation、Manual operating、Auto operating and etc. functions

3、主軸無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速控制演示 Demonstration of Spindle gradeless speed control.

4、演示CAD/CAM程序生成和加工過(guò)程模擬 To perform CAD/CAM operation and demonstrate manufacturing process.

接口功能 Interface function:

預(yù)留接口可與CNC機(jī)床相連。Reserved Ports can be connected with CNC Machine tool to control it.

安全保證 Safety guarantee:

整機(jī)電路凡是有可能讓學(xué)生接觸或動(dòng)手的，均為直流24V以下的低壓電，并且設(shè)置有漏電保護(hù)器以保證學(xué)生的人安全 Everywhere students contact with hand is possible, current below 24v is used. Beside, a Protector of electricity leakage is used on the Experiment Table.
