天津三英新技術(shù)發(fā)展有限公司（以下簡稱三英公司）為引進(jìn)和推廣歐盟國家*教育理念促進(jìn)我國東北地區(qū)
數(shù)控專業(yè)職業(yè)教育科學(xué)、合理、健康、快速的發(fā)展，決定在哈爾濱技師學(xué)院舉辦*屆“三英杯數(shù)控大賽”。
相關(guān)事宜公告如下：
一、 大賽日程安排
*階段——選拔賽：2009年5月15~30日
第二階段——半決賽：2009年6月1~15日
第三階段——總決賽：2009年6月16~18日
總結(jié)頒獎儀式： 2009年6月18日16:30~17:30（技師學(xué)院大禮堂）
二、大賽參賽人員范圍
凡機械技術(shù)專業(yè)在校生均可報名參賽。
三、大賽獎項
1、技能大賽決賽：
1）數(shù)控車組：
*名：1人 （獎金并頒發(fā)獲獎證書，以下同）
第二名：2人
第三名：5人
2）數(shù)控銑組：
*名：1人 （獎金并頒發(fā)獲獎證書，以下同）
第二名：2人
第三名：5人
2、創(chuàng)意大賽決賽：
*設(shè)計獎：一組 （獎金并頒發(fā)獲獎證書，以下同）
*工藝獎：一組
*實用獎：一組
四、歡迎國內(nèi)外院校嘉賓前來觀摩決賽

Public Notice《The 1st SANYING CUP CNC Skills Competition·Harbin》
To introduce and popularize the new concept and advanced educational equipment technology
of the EU countries and improve the lever of CNC Major in Vocational Education of Northeastern
Region of China, the Tianjin SANYING New-tech. Development Co., Ltd. （TSNC） and the China
Harbin Technician Institute （CHTI） co-sponsor <The 1st SANYING Cup Competition & Educational
Tours on New Equipment for CNC Training• Harbin>.
Related matters are as follows:
I. Competition schedule
Phase I – Selection Match: May 15~30, 2009
Phase II – Semifinal: June 1~15, 2009
Phase III - Finals: June 2009 16 ~ 18
The Award Ceremony: at 16:30~ 17:30，June 18, 2009 （Auditorium of CHTI）
Ⅱ.Who can apply to take part in the Competition
All the students, being in Vocational Institute, who are majoring Mechanical Technology.
Ⅲ.Item of Awards of Competition Finals
1. Prizes of Skills Group:
1） CNC lathe Group
First: 1 person （Will be awarded Bonus and Certificate, the same following）
Second: 2 persons
Third: 5 persons
2） CNC Milling Group
First: 1 person （Will be awarded Bonus and Certificate, the same following）
Second: 2 persons
Third: 5 persons
2. Prizes of Creation-ability Group:
Best Design Prize: 1 group （Will be awarded Bonus and Certificate, the same following）
Best Technique Prize: 1 group
Best availability Prize: 1 group
All winners will be given an Award Certificate.
Ⅳ. All guests of fraternal Universities, Institutes, Colleges, Schools are welcome to observe the
CNC Competition Finals and attend at Final Award Ceremony.
