本機(jī)床是在X57—3銑床的基礎(chǔ)上精心改進(jìn)而成，縱向、橫向、垂向及主傳動(dòng)均為齒輪傳動(dòng)，即可手動(dòng)，亦可機(jī)動(dòng)，扭矩傳遞好，加工效率高。主軸采用集中潤(rùn)滑，自動(dòng)冷卻。床身導(dǎo)軌、主要軸類及齒輪均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)材料并經(jīng)淬火處理，強(qiáng)度高，有良好的耐磨能力。主要零部件均經(jīng)精密加工，精度高，因此本機(jī)床是一種小型通用*銑床，適合于圓片銑刀、角度銑刀、成型銑刀及端面銑刀。結(jié)構(gòu)輕巧靈活，操作簡(jiǎn)單，安裝相應(yīng)附件，可進(jìn)行立銑、臥銑等多種加工，可加工平面、溝槽、角度、以及花鍵、齒輪等零件，適用于各種企業(yè)，特別是工具、模具、卡具及儀器儀表、縫紉機(jī)和自行車零配件行業(yè)的加工制造。
