在環(huán)境溫度非固定溫度加工狀態(tài)下，加上機(jī)臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)的熱位移變化，皆會(huì)影響加工品的精度表現(xiàn)。
ATC環(huán)境溫度補(bǔ)正系依據(jù)機(jī)臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)熱位移現(xiàn)象，透過(guò)感測(cè)器回傳的溫度及進(jìn)給位置訊息，推導(dǎo)出因環(huán)境溫度變化而產(chǎn)生的機(jī)臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)的熱位移值，幷將其準(zhǔn)確控制。
In the processing state of non-fixed ambient temperature, coupled with the change of thermal displacement of the machine structure, will affect the precision performance of the processed product.
Based on the thermal displacement phenomenon of the machine structure, the ATC ambient temperature correction system deduces the thermal displacement value of the machine structure caused by the change of ambient temperature through the temperature and feed position information returned by the sensor,and accurately controls it.
STC spindle temperature thermal correction

STC 主軸溫度熟捕正，主要針對(duì)主軸溫度變化，透過(guò)感測(cè)器回傳主軸溫度及位置訊息幷將其控制。
