-全自動壓鑄壓鑄去水口機，屬于五金鋅合金壓鑄機生產(chǎn)的后續(xù)自動化加工去水口工藝設備，產(chǎn)品的機械特性如下：

-采用雙超聲波工作，能對更大噸位壓鑄機坯件進行產(chǎn)品與渣包的分離。

-該設備也適應雙模芯組合模具、流道、渣包排布部確定性的壓鑄坯件進行簡單的流道與產(chǎn)品、渣包分離、真正做到換模不用調機。

-分離作業(yè)過程中、產(chǎn)品一次性完成分離且不與設備任何夾具接觸、能夠保護產(chǎn)品的完整性。

-來料檢測利用新一代技術、阻攔短路的檢測方式、定位更精準、解決了采用光纖檢測方式、光纖器件脆弱性易順懷、多故障的問題。

適應范圍：適應于通訊、電子、玩具、家居、箱包等五金壓鑄產(chǎn)品的配套自動水口分離及聯(lián)機生產(chǎn)應用。

It can also choose to break the punch line into the material inlet and then pass, solving the problem of difficult product separation due to the hard inlet.
