◆機(jī)床采用龍門式布局,由雙立柱、橫梁及床身組成封閉式高剛性框架結(jié)構(gòu)。

◆橫梁采用階梯梁結(jié)構(gòu),局部鑲貼鋼導(dǎo)軌,使用滾動塊,整體剛性強(qiáng),力學(xué)性能好。

◆磨頭主軸采用動靜瓦結(jié)構(gòu) ,壽命長、運(yùn)動精度高、抗振性能好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

◆工作臺采用油驅(qū)動 ,可無級調(diào)速、運(yùn)動平穩(wěn)、噪音小:液壓站主電機(jī)采用伺服電機(jī),流量隨電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速變化,節(jié)能高效。

◆立磨頭回轉(zhuǎn)采用端齒盤定位,一度一分。

◆專用人機(jī)交互界面,操作簡單高效。
