Nikon Ti2 研究級(jí)倒立顯微鏡(全系列)
Nikon Eclipse Ti2提供了前所未見(jiàn)的大視野範(fàn)圍(Field of view=25mm),讓您的科研級(jí)sCMOS相機(jī)視野範(fàn)圍不再大材小用,且讓高通量擷取影像更快速。因應(yīng)對(duì)超高解析影像 (Super resolution)的顯微鏡需求,Nikon Ti2更特別加強(qiáng)了穩(wěn)定性,降低影像飄移(drift),且大幅提升了軟體對(duì)於控制硬體的功能,來(lái)達(dá)到高速影像的要求。另外Nikon Ti2獨(dú)特的智能感知導(dǎo)引功能,透過(guò)圖像化的介面,當(dāng)操作錯(cuò)誤時(shí)能及時(shí)提醒使用者。為了實(shí)驗(yàn)的重現(xiàn)性及品質(zhì),每個(gè)感知元件皆能在擷取影像中自動(dòng)記錄,再搭配Nikon強(qiáng)大的擷取及分析軟體Nikon NIS-Elements,全新革命性的影像體驗(yàn)就此展開(kāi)。

A.突破性的視野範(fàn)圍:
當(dāng)市面上的大片幅sCMOS影像擷取系統(tǒng)陸續(xù)推出,傳統(tǒng)的18mm視野範(fàn)圍無(wú)法放入所有範(fàn)圍的影像而犧牲掉邊界的影像,且影像邊緣會(huì)出現(xiàn)暗角。為了改進(jìn)上述缺點(diǎn),Nikon推出Ti2系列,使用者可真正利用的25mm拍照大視野範(fàn)圍,提升了觀察尺度。另外,較大的視野讓您花較少的時(shí)間,提升了拼圖速度,滿足更快的影像擷取以及高通量分析的需求。

A-1: 提升全視野的明亮度
在拍攝高倍DIC或是拼圖的過(guò)程中,是否曾受到亮度不均而感到困擾?
Nikon Ti2搭配Fly-eye技術(shù),提供高功率的LED燈源,確保在大視野範(fàn)圍觀察下的亮度平均。
螢光的大視野範(fàn)圍觀察也兼顧到了亮度,Ti2可選購(gòu)搭配石英fly-eye鏡片,提供全波段光譜包含紫外光更高的穿透率。
更大直徑的螢光濾片組,加厚鍍膜的濾片,提高更好的訊雜比。

A-2. 直徑加大的觀察模式

A-3. 提供更大視野的物鏡組
Nikon Apo的物鏡有優(yōu)異的平場(chǎng)校正功能提供高品質(zhì)的影像,Apo OFN25系列提供較大的視野範(fàn)圍讓使用者能更快獲得影像。

B-1. Apodized Phase Contrast 相位差模式
Nikon的相位差模式,相較於傳統(tǒng)相位差效果,更加強(qiáng)對(duì)比及減少假光。

B-2 DIC 微分干涉相位差
Nikon考量使用DIC影像需要高解析度和高對(duì)比的可見(jiàn)光細(xì)胞表面影像,因此設(shè)計(jì)出每顆DIC物鏡皆有搭配專(zhuān)屬的DIC模組片,達(dá)到品質(zhì)的效果。
B-3 NAMC (Nikon Advanced Modulation Contrast)
Nikon技術(shù)可用塑膠底容器即可帶有立體感成像,尤其是透明樣本及卵子。NAMC可提供3D的立體效果,對(duì)比度則可簡(jiǎn)單的被調(diào)整。

B-4 螢光影像技術(shù)
Nikon λ系列物鏡使用奈米晶體鍍膜技術(shù),降低光線的反射,提高螢光的穿透率。對(duì)於低螢光訊號(hào)的樣本和需多色螢光激發(fā)的樣本的觀察有極大幫助。再搭配Ti2新型的濾片,對(duì)於目前單分子影像及光激發(fā)應(yīng)用實(shí)驗(yàn)上更有強(qiáng)化效果。
C:Intelligent Assist Guide 智能協(xié)助指引 (Ti2-E/A)
有了智能協(xié)助指引幫助使用者無(wú)須記住冗長(zhǎng)的校正及操作步驟,減少使用上的錯(cuò)誤,維持實(shí)驗(yàn)的再現(xiàn)性。
C-1 顯微鏡狀態(tài)的連續(xù)展現(xiàn)
透過(guò)內(nèi)建的感知偵測(cè)器,所有當(dāng)您在擷取影像的資訊皆被記錄下來(lái),因此可以輕鬆地得知實(shí)驗(yàn)操作的參數(shù)及操作錯(cuò)誤通知。除此之外,內(nèi)建感知的照相機(jī)可提供相位差、DIC、雷射校正引導(dǎo)。

實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行中但顯微鏡有校正或操作問(wèn)題怎麼辦?
新的Ti2提供操作引導(dǎo)精靈幫助使用者即時(shí)除錯(cuò)導(dǎo)引與校正提示。
提供步驟的引導(dǎo)教學(xué),幫助使用者自行進(jìn)行校正程序,可透過(guò)電腦或是平板來(lái)觀看校正介面,進(jìn)而連線顯微鏡校正。
