The swing frame bａnd saws of the SLB series from Behringer are reliable partners for daily sawing tasks in the workshop and factory. They are suitable for cutting tubes, profiles and solid material made of metal and comparable plastics.

Features of the SLB240G-HA
- Miter Adjustment
The miter angle can be adjusted to one side. The saw frame is locked by means of a quick-release clamp. The pivot point is in the area of intersection between the saw bａnd and the datum vice - this does not change the reference line.
- Frequency-Controlled Saw Drive
offers maximum flexibility when sawing different material grades such as stainless steel or aluminum. The cutting speed can be adjusted infinitely variable.
- Robust Material Vice with Quick-Clamping Device
The material is clamped by a robust vice with a hydraulic quick-clamping device. The vice is adjusted to the material width using a handwheel. In semi-automatic operation, the material is then clamped using a short-stroke hydraulic cylinder.
- Precise Bａnd Guides
Combination of roller and carbide guide of the saw band. Adjustment of the movable bａnd guide according to the cutting width.
- Standard Measuring Stop

- Semi-Automatic Sawing Cycle
After inserting the material, all it takes is a push of a button and the machine performs an automatic sawing cycle: clamp the material, saw, unclamp, lift the saw frame.
- Hydraulic Saw Feed
The saw feed is hydraulically controlled with an infinitely adjustable feed rate. The lifting and lowering of the saw frame is controlled by push buttons.
- Coolant System
The machine is equipped with 2 regulated coolant nozzles. The coolant tank can be removed for easy cleaning.
- Saw Bａnd Tensioning
The saw bａnd is tensioned manually. The setting of the correct tensioning force is displayed optically. In order to prevent overloading during the sawing process, the pressure is equalized by means of a pretensioned disc spring package. In the event of a bａnd break, the sawing machine switches off automatically.
- Material Handling from a Single Source
The swing frame bandsaw machines of the SLB series can be perfectly tailored to your application with roller conveyors and measuring devices.
