Horizontal Automatic Mitre Bandsaw HBP510-923GA
for automated mitre cuts in steel construction and sectional steel trade
The HBP510-923GA high-performance automatic horizontal mitre bandsaw cuts profile steels, tubes and solid metal material precisely and powerfully. Thanks to precise feed gripper and fast, NC-controlled cutting angle adjustment, fully automatic. For mitre cuts, the cutting angle can be precisely adjusted on both sides between 90° and 45°. Sharp angles of up to 30° are also possible on one side.
The classic Behringer design with dual-column guide and powerful saw unit made of vibration-damping grey cast iron components offers precise cuts and decades of service life. The unique Behringer cutting pressure control is of course on board as standard.
Features of the HBP510-923GA
- Sensitive Behringer cutting pressure control
increases the cutting performance when sawing tubes and profiles, as it automatically adapts the saw feed of the machine to the changing material cross-sections. Due to the arrangement directly at the back of the blade, the system regulates quickly and precisely.

The combination of a solid, torsion-resistant saw frame in cast iron design and precise 4-point guidance ensure the best cutting results and maximum service life.
- Powerful saw drive
with a wide range of blade speed adjustment offers flexibility for various starting materials from stainless steel to aluminium.
- Electrically driven chip brush
with Behringer quick-change device for tool-free brush changes. The teeth of the saw bａnd are protected by the special engagement angle.

- Closed material table
The closed table support offers maximum process reliability in fully automatic operation. Jamming of short cuts and gussets is avoided in the best possible way.

are made by Behringer and provide vibration damping directly at the cutting edge, thus increasing tool life.
- Micro Spray System
When sawing profiles, pipes and solid material, the standard minimum quantity lubrication system delivers the best results. The saw blade is constantly moistened with cutting oil via two nozzles. This guarantees a long service life of the saw blade and a clean working environment.
- Vertical clamping device on both sides of the saw band
Thanks to the standard combination of horizontal and vertical clamping device, all profile shapes are securely clamped. This gives you maximum flexibility in processing.
- 3° inclination of the saw blade
provides higher cutting performance when sawing hollow profiles and beams and reduces burr formation.
