臥式重型刨切機(jī)

本機(jī)是我公司科技人員考察吸收*技術(shù)，開發(fā)研制的新型臥式刨切機(jī)。該機(jī)采用多種新技術(shù)、新材料、運(yùn)輸平穩(wěn)，操作方便，刨切單板厚薄均勻、速度快是普通刨切機(jī)的二倍，適用各種材質(zhì)的刨切，具有高效、高速、省時(shí)、省力等特點(diǎn)。

This machine is a new model horizontal veneer slicer developed exclusively by the engineers

of our company by the means of inspecting and absorbing the advanced technology of home and abroad.

The machine adopts many kinds of new technology and material and runs smoothly, operates easily

ａnd achieves high speed and even thickness of veneer. Its capacity is twice over to the conventional

veneer slicer. This machine is suitable to slice all kinds of wood and high speed, high capacity,

high efficiency and saving time and labor are its feature.

■ 該機(jī)床采用大面積工作臺(tái)，由四根絲杠支撐升降與進(jìn)給，
大大提升工作臺(tái)的穩(wěn)定性。
■ 刨切單板厚度的進(jìn)給是由伺服系統(tǒng)控制，進(jìn)給準(zhǔn)確。
■ 單板輸出裝置、平整、不卷曲。
■ 機(jī)床各部潤滑由專門潤滑站潤滑。
■ 電氣系統(tǒng)，操作簡捷，維修方便。

■ This machine has the big size worktable and uses four leading screws to support and feed the

worktable to promote stability of worktable greatly.
■ Using the servo system to control the thickness feeding of slicing to make the amount of feed

accurate.
■ Its veneer output device can make the veneer even and non-curl.
■ Using the specialized lubricating station to lubricate every lubricating parts of the machine.
